it had good service and I kept wanting to eat even when I was full I would recommend and come again. And the food was perfect

Food: I only had a side salad and side of cheese fries, but they were both delicious. Outback is the only place I will eat blue cheese anything. Their homemade blue cheese dressing is amazeballs. Taste and flavor: Tasted great as always Freshness of ingredients: pretty fresh, fries were a tiny bit crispier than I like, but we're all picky about our fries in different ways Portion sizes: honestly I didn't even eat half the cheesefries... For a side order, it was a lot of food Presentation: looked yummy to me! Menu variety: pretty good. Mostly steak but also salads, pasta, chicken, burgers, etc. Service: my server was fantastic. The table in front of mine were complaining about the dumbest crap and she held it together and remained polite the entire time (first complaint was that their were fingerprints on the outside of the glass, as if someone didn't put their hand on it to put it on the tray, and someone else to remove it from the tray and give to him, and then, HE picked it up and twirled it around, so he left fingerprints as well... I was just amazed she could hold it together with someone so rude) Attentiveness of staff: perfect for occasion Friendliness and courtesy: friendly enough but not too friendly to the point it gets annoying; wrote some sweet words on my to-go lemonade cup so courtesy is a definite Knowledge of the menu: I asked if I could get a half order or side order of cheese fries, since the appetizer was way too much food for just me and she said a side order was possible; which I did. Speed of service: perfect for the occasion Ambiance: like every other outback, but still cool to me Atmosphere and decor: also like most every other outback... But I like the stained wood everywhere Noise level: I went at an odd hour (230-3pm ish) so it was super quiet. I think there were 5 tables being utilized in the restaurant and only one was in front of me. The rest were spread out. Lighting: always a lil dim for me, but I loved it when I had them young eyes Price: actually, my whole meal (without tip) was only around $15 so for this occasion, it was GREAT! Value for money: also great - side salad, side cheese fries, and a lemonade $15ish Price point relative to quality: on this occasion?! Absolutely amazing. Normally, decent Other factors: I really wish America would chill with "the customer is always right" bc sometimes people need to be put in their place, but I do understand professionalism and benefit of the doubt, so I appreciate their ability to deal with home boy's complaints Cleanliness of the restaurant: sparkling Accessibility: wheel chair ramp (the kind that just goes up the side of the sidewalk, not a full 20 foot ramp or whatever) Location: near the outlets but not in the middle of them, so perfect to me! We were there last night a large party of 9. Our server, Serenity, was flawless. Very friendly and a sweet young woman. Her pleasant attitude added to our experience. The drinks and food were very good. Definitely will return. Awesome evening

Went there for a nice dinner date with my wife on Christmas Eve (as of 2024). We got there a little bit later due to the holiday season and there wasn't a lot of options. When we first walked in it was crowded, but the hostess welcomed us in. I knew there wasn't gonna be about a 15 minute wait but the timeframe was worth it. Once we were seated, "Serenity" welcomed us with opened arms and made us feel right at home. I could tell she was a little bit nervous and overwhelmed, but it didn't seem to bother her much. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor made us feel welcomed; and she was very patient with us when ordering and was thoughtful to check in on us every so often (and there was a lot of people inside). The cooks and chef did phenomenal as well, we ordered a filet mignon with fries, potatoes and sweet tea, with a side of lobster tail; as well as some prime rib for the wife, some water and sweet tea. If I could have, I'd have given everyone a tip, but Serenity was more than deserving of it. I would highly recommend her as our waitress and look forward to making more visits there soon.

If you find yourself on 95 and need a delicious meal- take exit 95 and ask to sit in Jess's section! Great classic Outback classics with amazing service and all your favorites. The negative reviews don't reflect a new manager and the standard favorites you come here for. Cold drinks, friendly faces, nice atmosphere, and dependable,delicious food. You won't do better than the Outback at exit 95 off 95 - especially if you are lucky enough to have Jess as your server. No compliants. Just right. Plus a good value on wines. We stayed at a hotel nearby but this was the highlight of our trip. Don't believe the haters.
